the staff is very very helpful and thoughtful, that's an advantage.

The room had a very comfortable bed, a balcony, and a kitchen area, creating a quiet atmosphere.

We had a great stay at Residence Pian Della Nave in Milan. the apartments were unique and spacious, offering more room than a standard hotel room. We really appreciated the small touches, such as snacks upon arrival and high-quality shampoo. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of our special requests right away. They even offered us a late check-out on Sunday, which was a nice bonus. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Cons: Not obvious to find at first, but worth it once you do. .

We loved the spacious apartments equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out later than usual. The location was perfect, close to a supermarket, several excellent restaurants, and within 15 minutes by taxi from Milano Linate airport.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was well-furnished and clean, with fresh linens and towels. the location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which was frustrating when we were trying to plan our romantic outings. We were disappointed with the lack of privacy in our room, as the thin walls made it difficult to relax.

This accommodation was a great choice for my family of four. the apartments were clean and spacious, and our stay was very comfortable. We appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location near supermarkets and tasty restaurants. the free and fast Wi-Fi was especially appreciated.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel apartment was spacious and well-tended. The staff was incredibly helpful, and their English was excellent. The apartment was located near two good coffee shops and grocery stores, making it easy to get what I needed. The apartment's air conditioning and heating were great, especially during the cold winter days. The apartment was easy to navigate, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The location of the apartment was not ideal, as it was far from the main street. Also, the balcony was not well maintained and had a lot of pigeon poop, which wasn't pleasant. Finally, the apartment was not as pictured, and some areas had a distinct smell.
